Help Please!!

Ok, i'm cosplaying the wierdest and creepiest thing i could find in Twilight Princess:

http://www.google.com.au/imgres?q=im...&tx =39&ty=31

I need help with everything, to be honest.
I wanted to make the proprtions of it more human, and to carry the lantern in one hand and the scythe in the other, so i need a lightweight scythe, but i dont know the first thing about making props!! DX

I wanted to make a bodysuit for the base, but not sure what to do with the rest of it, like the shading and stiching and design on the chest.

any help appriciated, im so stuck!!

For the scythe, fiberglass is pretty lightweight. But it depends upon what you want to be able to do with it. You could make the handle out of pvc, which is pretty light and hollow.

Daedric Armor - 20%

What you could do is draw the two parts of the scythe on a piece of foam board and cut them out. Then attach it to a long wooden dowel and make the detailed part on the top out of air dry clay. when everything is together, use paper mache to get the texture you want. When everything is dry, paint it.

For the lantern, you could make that out of cardboard if you want since it is in a box-like shape. Just make a handle big enough to be held.

As for the bodysuit, I have heard of people airbrushing it to the color needed, but I don't have any experience in that, so I can't help you there.

I wish you luck!
