I re-watched Dr Zhivago last night which I love.

If I had to rate it I'd say 4.5 out of 5.

Captain America. I thought it was going to be really, really bad, but I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be fantastic.

Hugo. I thought it was really good but I was a bit disappointed by the mystery they were trying to solve.

30 Days of Night - 3/5

Honestly I expected more. With it being so popular I expected it to be great but in reality, it's just okay.

I'm currently re-watching all of the James Bond movies. I give every single one of them 5/5, even the crappy ones. Why? Because it's James f**king Bond, that's why.

Someone made a joke that Jackie Chan is cute even though he is killing people. Can't agree more.

even moonraker?

Just watched 2011 prequel/remake The Thing. It was good, but the original 1982 thing is superior. In the prequel/remake The thing was just running around way too much in "monster mode" so a lot of the paranoia and suspense of the original was lost.

^^^ The Thing 1982 is always superior. >: D It's my favorite horror/ suspense next to El Orfanato.

Metropolis.
the 2hr 45min one...Such an interesting movie....but everytime I see it i STILL think it's from the future.
Robot hands... florescent lights...it's the 1920's wtf.
5/5

Also, Downfall.
5/5

Just so you know the 1982 verision, John Carpenter's The Thing, was a remake as well.

The original is called The Thing from Another World from 1951.

Last film I saw was Valhalla Rising. The most beautiful, neck braking, throat slashing, disemboweling, existential viking film I've ever seen.

Loved it.
