Male - How to get more feminine figure?

I realize there is a sticky, but I can't find what I am looking for.

I am not looking for corsets, padded underwear etc.. I am looking for more long-term methods (not hormones, surgery and stuff like that, though). Anyone know some exercises or something that I can do to get a more girl-like figure?

I'm not sure but I don't think you really can change how your body looks without hormones (female bodies store fat differently than male bodies, hence curves) or something. You can't change your bone structure either.

They're actual hormones, synthetic versions of the ones that the human body produces, that cause your body to begin developing in a manner consistant with the opposite sex. I doubt Blood was being serious.

Unless you intend to undergo a sex change operation, you can't and really shouldn't (the side effects wouldn't be worth it).

Exercise and corset waist training can give that type of figure somewhat. The corset waist training would take some serious commitment and time though. There's no way I'd do that or hormones simply because I crossplay.

Not necessarily. Many transgendered people never go for sexual reassignment surgery yet go on hormones. It's all down to choice.

OP, unless you're serious about wanting to permanently transition to female, hormones aren't an option for you. Otherwise, your options would be along the lines of corsets, shapers, girdles and so on.
