Do they check hotel rooms at the Mariott?

I booked a two person room. But its three of us? Could it work and they not check?

I doubt that they check the rooms, unless a complaint is sent. It feels like occupancy rules are bent so often during these kind of events, that they just gave up trying to enforce it.

Last year I stayed with 9 people in a 4-person room. It was a lil crowded, but we never got in trouble.

Nah would not check (like the person above said) unless your running wild in your room and get a complant except that they really wont actually even notice...

My friend had like 10 people in her room last year >.> I don't recommend THAT. But one extra person will probably go entirely unnoticed.
2013 Cons:

Shutocon (April 5-7, Lansing, Michigan)
JAFAX (June 22-23, Allendale, Michigan)
Otakon (August 9-11, Baltimore, Maryland)
