Do at least 45 minutes of cardio everyday.

If it was that easy we would all be skinny.
Don't have to be a hard-core diet just eat
normal food that you damn well know is good.
None of that fast food, snacks, or junk food.
It takes a LONG time to lose even a pound of fat.
You have to burn up to 3500 calories to lose 1 lb of fat.
its already super hard to lose 1 lb a week.
Just try to burn at least 300-500 calories a day,
and you'll have steady progress.
Don't ever do those all yogurt diet or some stupid
gimmick like that. Its obviously a stupid rumor.
If you are still new to working out I suggest doing
and learning more about health and fitness.

I'm not advertising, but I highly suggest learning more.
That way you know for sure you are on the right track.
