You can only find out by reading it. You won't get any notification. I've been in Cosmode twice plus Cosmode : The Nation and never got any notice for any of those.

 I didn't make it this time either, but please don't take it personally. They choose what they like the most out of a batch - a lot of people enter. Sometimes I get lucky, sometimes I don't. A lot of it has to do with the photograph itself, not so much the costume or what the cosplayer looks like. They also dislike logos, just an FYI.
