You know, I did see that rule about no other 'human image' ... but didn't think about this at the time, but does that mean that just no group photos, or like no one can even be in the background? Cuz I did enter a photo, where I'm the only person 'meant to be' in the photo, but there's a couple of people off in the background.

I think absolutely no other human in the photo.
99% of the photos selected seems to be the cosplayer alone in the photo while for the 1 I see that have 2 people in the photo, the other is a robot at the back.

I think if they're quite far back in the background and blurred in the way the you are the main focus, I would assume it would be okay, but it would probably be better to pick a photo with just you in it. Shoot them an email if you don't want to change the photo, you'll get a better answer.

totally making an entry, but does it have to be like professional looking? like a photoshoot style? cuz i dont have the programs to make it look SUPER nice..i have a pic i want to enter thats taken against a blank wall and a blank door..would they accept that kind of picture?

That'll be fine, I've seen a few photos in the past that haven't been edited, I think as long as the cosplay itself looks great then it doesn't really matter for background and lighting.

I didn't see it last Friday (6th April) when I drop by the Kinokuniya here so it'll probably pop up next week here.

Ugh! I really hope I make it this time as so many times didn't.

Btw, anyone else entering the Cosplay.Com x COSMODE Entry? I wonder if the Deadline is indeed 2nd May like the Thread Date said. Haven't submit mine as I'm not sure what to send in >_< (and since no info about can only submit one photo, feel like submitting a few of me wearing different costumes or doing different character)
