Adiane Pattern Help?

I've decided that I really want to cosplay Adiane, but I have absolutely no idea what use as a pattern base for her Kimono(?) thing. I'm fairly traditional japanese clothing retarded so I have little to no idea what to look for as far as patterns go. For reference here is Adiane http://www.cosplayisland.co.uk/files...078/adiane.gif

I was looking around on simplicity.com and found this pattern http://www.simplicity.com/p-2096-costumes.aspx Could that possibly work as a base for the cosplay?

Any and all help is much appreciated, thanks so much!

To me, it just looks like a dress with kimono sleeves, similar to this (http://www.bridalmart.us/643-1460-la...n-wd-0474.jpg). The only name that I can find for it is "Strapless neckline with sleeves", but Google searching that didn't find many helpful results. Anyway, my main point is that I think it's more of a dress than a kimono.
