Left 4 Dead Props: Health kit and "Bile Bomb" jar

I'm making an Ellis costume from Left 4 Dead 2, and the hardest part so far has been the bile bomb. I already have the hat, shirt, overalls, pills, and rifle, but I need to make the health kit and bile bomb.

So my first question is do y'all know where I can find a jar that looks like this? Or this? I think it's based off of a real jar or a similar, but I don't even know where to look.

Second, does anyone know of a good pack to start off with to make a first aid kit that looks like this?

Edit: I just realized I have the wrong pills to. Any know where to get this?
Thanks!

For the first aid bag... I'd recommend hunting around for school-bags that could be modified, because it looks a heck of a lot like one. Maybe you could even dye/fabric paint it if it's not the right colour.
As for the pills, try looking around in your local chemist/store for vitamin tablets? Or if you can steal an empty prescription box off somebody else, because I get pretty similar containers for my prescriptions.
The can... I saw some really similar plastic drink holders somewhere similar to it, I think it was something like Tupperware that did them? I'm not sure. Otherwise, you could try finding some tall plastic glasses and trying to find a lid that fits them... Or even making a lid, but that might be too fiddly.
Sorry, I don't think I'm being much help here. :C

Uline carries loads of different kinds of containers and jars, I'd look around there. You might be able to convert a spice jar into a bomb.

Or you could cut your own from clear plastic tubing?

If you're going for dead-on, you'll probably need to sew that first-aid kit from scratch. It's a vinyl fabric, the same stuff used for kites and parachutes. Some quick google image searches got me this: http://www.priceinspector.co.uk/p/li...t%20aid%20kit/ it looks like the lifesystems brand is UK only though.

Ibruprofen is available anywhere. The photo in question looks like Target-Brand

The "Bile-Bomb" made me smile. They combined features of a medical specimen jar and a canister grenade. The pin used is called a "cotter pin" which you can get from the hardware store.

It's tough to find clear straight-sided jars in any material other than glass. I'd reccomend avoiding glass for cosplay. Making the jar from stock tubing would get you the clear appearance, but buying a translucent jar from a supply shop will reduce the risk of leaks.

I have seen tupperware that has that general texture for the top, but it might be hard to find, especially in the appropriate dimensions. I think I'd carve the thing out of a hunk of balsa or basswood, but I'm a bit nuts.

Check around supermarkets for Voss brand bottled water. That will give you a container with the basic shape you need for the bile-bomb.

The reason I know this offhand: a friend of mine used one of their water bottles to make an Ooze container from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Seconding Voss bottle

Hi, just wanted to second the Voss water bottle suggestion. The straight sides are perfect, you can build on the cap, and the label is reasonably easy to remove.

Looks like you could detail the cap with clay and cardboard, or use the cap from a plastic thermos.

The voss jars omg. Since they don't really sell those where i live, i found another similar jar(i'm trying to remember what the brand was, but it was pretty much this cocktail sauce jar that i snagged from this cheap market..i'll have to edit it in later). I made the cap using an Xtra laundry detergent cap. Just take a razor to the plastic threading and use a white spray paint over the plastic then glue it over the existing cap.
