this is kind of last minute for halloween costume help >.<, this is my first time making a costume and ive been looking everywhere on how to make the mask i was hoping someone would have some advice for me, here are some pictures thanx for all the help =) http://i.imgur.com/UFjpR.png

I don't see why you couldn't just make this out of 4-way stretch spandex. The patterning of it might take some doing but I think it's feasible.
You could make the 'eyes' out of black fabric appliqué (or just paint them on). For the white part, either you make a hole for your real eyes to show through or could use sheer white veil-like fabric.
