Crossplaying a crossdresser - Makeup?

So... My friend and i want to crossplay guys who happen to crossdress as females. With that said, we are both female. I don't know whether that is still considered crossplay anymore.

We are having issues on how to get our make-up together... Look all female or questionable? What we have in mind is feminine make up with slight contouring. We would like to know other available options and opinions of course.

The two characters are Ophelia from No. 6 and Paako from Gintama.
Costumes for 2014:
Imperator (BlazBlue) - COMPLETED! \o/
Sol Badguy (GG2, XX and Xrd default) XX: completed. Xrd: 60%.
Sin Kiske (Guilty Gear) - planning

2014 events: TGS 2014, STGCC '14, AFA '14

if your cosplaying a character of the opposite sex regardless of whether that character crossdresses or not then yes it is still considered crossplay. Thats about all I can figure, if you object then I rest my case.

Well, they're both wearing make-up, so... Kidding. Maybe. Not even going to bother with the "is this crossplay" issue.

Gintoki's a grown man and not very girly-looking, so you'd probably want to do some contouring for him. Personally, I did not find him particularly convincing as a woman, although he certainly did better than the regular hostesses.

Nezumi, on the other hand, is 16, and looks pretty girly even in his regular clothes, so I wouldn't bother trying to look manly. I'm pretty sure he's supposed to be a trap when he's onstage.

It'll also depend on your facial structures. If you have somewhat androgynous features, you'll have less to do for Gintoki and nothing for Nezumi, but if you've got very cute, girly faces, you might want to do some contouring for Nezumi as well.

Sewing commissions are on hold, but I still do custom pattern-drafting. PM for details.

I am also planning on cosplaying Eve in the near future! It is my first time dressing as a man, dressed as a woman. When on stage, you can tell Nezumi is wearing make-up. Not drag queen, nor natural either. So I was probably going to use lip gloss (maybe darker then your own lip color), cheekbone highlights, and some eye shadow. Nothing screaming, yet still feminine =3

As for Paako: I would say~ have fun with that XD With the colors of the kimono, I would think bubble gum pink make-up would look very awesome for the character X3

This is what I would do anywayz X3
Upcoming cosplays:

Naraku - Inu-yasha
Diamond - Sakizou
Ketchawacha armor - Monster Hunter 4
Casual Hiro - Big Hero 6

My user name is pronounced: Sa-tu-our.
