I will be Sokka! And Korra!
By Otakon I'll have Season 2, Season 3, WANG FIRE, The Promise, Boiling Rock (that should be it...) versions of Sokka. I'll pick which ones to bring based on what everyone else has (tired of being Season 3 when everyone else is Season 2 etc)

I also might bring a Beach Party Azula along, if I don't have too many costumes already.
We should at least two gatherings, I think.

Two ATLA/LOK gatherings would be pushing it for me since I'm pretty full right now ^^
So if anyone else wants to host a second gathering I'd be alright with that.

I'm also thinking of us having a picnic around 9/10am, or a slumber party type thing later in the day

Great! I could host a shoor on Friday, I'm not sure what time yet, maybe after the Ouran shhot and Shaman King shoot.
I deff want it to be after my other shoots though, because after I tan up for Sokka, I don't want to take it off for a while hahaha.

Im hoping to get a Promise-Toph finished in time for Otakon.(I love Tokka, so itd be amazing to have a Sokka to take pics with ^^)

Yes, that was me. Glad to see there are other people planning to cosplay Avatar characters at the coming Otakon. ^_^

Freakishly hot and with the usual 99% humidity of a Baltimore summer. I used a lot of linen and cotton, but since Kyoshi's outfit was so many layers, I was really glad that it included giant fans... it helps some, but 100 degree air moving past your face isn't that much cooler than 100 degree air that isn't moving. >_< Hopefully the heat will be less insane in 2012.

Yeah last year was just insane. I was dying in my Flapjack costumes and there isn't a whole lot to that lol. I'm sure this year will be much nicer c:

Hi Laurianne and friends!

I've got days off for Otakon so I'm going for the first time ever.

I'm going to bring my Zuko costumes and switch in and out based on need. (Tea Shop, Lee, and S3). Maybe I'll have a 4th version by then but probably not.
