Actually, better off to get the Armor hand-made, probably using 5mm and thicker Craft Foam/Rubber (IF can find it in Singapore. Best option right now double-up the 2mm ones readily available here
Can cover it with either Foil Jersey
OR Paint it with a dash of Rub n' Buff or something. Most of my SS Cosplay friends overseas made their Armor from Craft Foam while a few using Cardboard that had been harden with Paper Marche or Duct Tapes or something.
Buying it online will cost too much; a "customed-made" Bronze Saint Armor off eBay was selling for up to USD500++ before shipping and currently someone selling "customized" Pisces Gold Cloth for almost USD600 with NO image shown of the actual product (he's using Black Knight's example which cost around USD2,000!
The other option like what I'm doing right now is concentrate on the "Soft Costumes" first while waiting to get into shape to be able to look good wearing Armor. All my costumes are either hand-made by myself or sent to normal tailor (but 50% of it still my work as I provide the Materials and do the smaller parts or accessories or underskirts myself
Ya, that's one good thing about The Lost Canvas series; you can to see many of the characters in normal clothings some times.
