Samus Varia Sholder Armour

I am currrently constructing a full samus varia suit using pepakura files and hardening them with fibreglass, however finding templates for the sholder pieces has become impossible. Is there an easy alternative to create them?

Do you have a reference of this version of the suit? If it's anything like the original, her pauldrons are large and very round. You could paper mache over a balloon to get an even, round shape and then use that as a base for your fiberglass instead of the pepakura build.

If you're asking on how to actually build the forms in the pepakura program...I can't help you there :/
