I Need Help for Finding Patterns

So, hey everybody.
Well, for my first ever cosplay i would love to dress us as Natalia from tales of the Abyss. But the only problem is that I can't find a pattern for the dress thing that she wears. I am not sure where to go next. I want to make it myself, and i want a pattern that is similar enough so i don't have to go through i ton of alterations and changing. I am not the best sewer by far. So, does anyone know of where to find any pattern similar to this?
Here is the link to a photo of her. I am trying to find something that is similar to the Blue and white dress. :/

READ ME FIRST: Pattern Tutorial

Two most common commercial pattern companies' online catalogs:

Look through until you find something close to what you need. Since you don't want to do many alterations, focus on finding a dress that has similar seam-lines to what you want to make, while still looking for something in the same style as what you want. Skirt lengths can easily be lengthened or shortened, so don't use that as a critical factor in selecting a pattern. You may need to buy two patterns - one for the main body of the dress and one for the sleeves, for example.
