I know from videos on youtube that not many people cosplay at this convention xD

But since my friends and I want to A) take a break from Sakura Con, and B) cant afford to go to San Diego, we have decided to go to Comic con in Seattle.

I was just curious if there are possibly any cosplayers on the forums who are planning to go to ECCC.

If so i have a group of 4.

3 of us are doing:
Young Justice
Teen Titans
and Mermaid Melody or Shugo Chara.

the 4th member is only doing some guys form like resident evil i think? i dunno its some army dude with a wierd gas mask type thing >.<

but anyways... can we expect very many other cosplayers there? xD

if anyone is curious and needs dates or whatever. Its at the convention center (like Sakura con) its from March 30-April 1st, and its 45 in advance for badges or 60 at the door =3

This is my first time going to anything and Im totally dressing up. I think I'm going as Maka from Soul Eater(that's my plan as of right now). I cant wait.

I'm probably going to ECCC because WonderCon is moving to Anaheim. I love visiting SoCal, but if WonderCon is going to flee and make me spend $$$ for airfare and a hotel room, I might as well use this opportunity to take the money and check out a different con instead.

George Takei is going to be there this year!
I'll be there Saturday in my command gold Star Trek dress. I'd actually decided to wear it before Takei was announced as a guest; now I'm thinking about adding Lt. Sulu-style rank braid to my uniform.

I live in Seattle and (for the sake of full disclosure) work for Sakura-Con. ECCC is a great event and one that I REALLY love going to because it lets me a) cosplay as non anime themed characters (which I don't mind don't at SC but you know...) and b) great guests like George Takei! That being said. I plan to be there as Fionna from Adventure Time along with my boyfriend who will be Finn and then Lumpy Space Princess as well.

I'm hoping to go to ECCC but I just moved to the NW so a little scared to go alone.

Anyways, I have a Power Rangers outfit in my closet I might bring out but I'm hoping to do a female green arrow, but I'm not sure I'll have time to start/finish it before con.

Well as I said a few posts up, im no longer going to ECCC. Instead my group decided they wanted to stick to "tradition" and go to Sakura Con lol! But we have a tiny group for this year,
we have a Kid Flash and Robin.

Our big hero group isnt happening untill San Diego Comic Con in 2013. During that con we are gonna have a handful of people. Young Justice wise, Our Kid Flash, Zatana, Artemis, Joker and Robin (me) are going. Then our group is also doing other things from DC/Marvel (mainly Batman/X-men characters, but yeah)

But sadly this ECCC is not happening =( but still hope everyone has fun! =D

Just bumping this since it's starting tomorrow and maybe more people will see the thread. Can't wait to go and start taking photos! I'm just disappointed that I'll be missing a few hours of the show on Friday due to work.

I was there in my Green Ranger costume!!! Met another green ranger and also a red ranger and hungout with them most of the time. You should have worn your ranger costuuuume. I usually go alone to cons cause none of my friends are into cosplay and meet new friends while I'm there.
