Marshall Lee help?

http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__...ee_daytime.jpg

I know he's a simpler cosplay, but he's one of the ones I'm absolutely ITCHING to cosplay. I can't seem to decide on a shirt for him, however. I would really appreciate some suggestions, if possible! ; v; Also, what kind of makeup would you suggest for his skin tone?

Thanks so much in advance! ; 3;

Just go for a red/black plaid shirt, right?

I found my red plaid shirt in the boys department at Kohls.:
http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/boys...nnel+Shirt.jsp

If none of the sizes in boys will fit you can easily find them at thrift stores too.
Make up wise..I like Mehron's Paradise AQ line in Storm Cloud:
http://www.mehron.com/Paradise_Makeup_2_Pack_p/801.htm

All you have to do to apply it is use a damp paintbrush. It dries matte and stays on decently well. Best thing is that it washes off easily with just soap and water.

Well yeah. But I'm not sure which one would look best, you know? ;v;

Hmn.. that one's a lot better than most of the ones I've seen around online. I wonder why it never came up in any of my searches. ; A;

Ooh, as long as it stays on well and looks good, that's what matters. A lot of the makeup that I've gotten for other cosplays liked to wear off after a handful of hours or so. So here's hoping this kind goes well. ; v;

Thank you~!

Ah, well I ordered a shirt. \o/
I kinda feel dirty cosplaying characters so easy. Maybe I'll make up for it by putting a million hours into the axe.

That's pretty much my plan as well! Easy costume + good prop = actually showing effort. I plan on putting a lot of time into my wig styling too.

Oh, as for that make up..it stays on pretty well but you will eventually have to do a touch up on your hands but that goes without saying on most kinds of make up. I recommend using a barrier spray as well to help keep things on a bit longer.

I'm unfortunately on a bit of a budget since I'm currently unemployed so I'm trying to stretch my money out a little. I dunno if I could buy the spray stuff too, but I'll look into it. ;o; Maybe I'll bug my grandma to get me some of the things I need for Christmas. =w= If she could at least pitch in and get me the shoes, that'd be rad; my old chucks are on their last legs, so I need a new pair anyway ahaha. What better excuse to get a new pair than "lol I need them for cosplay"?

But yeah, hopefully I can find a nice tutorial or something to make the axe. I've seen a few here and there that use insulating foam or something and those usually turn out pretty neat.
