Hello everyone I plan to cosplay larhal next year for fanime. I am in okay shape but would like to get in better shape so that my gut isnt showing. I am not completely overweight but I am a bit fat, (20% body fat), and i am working towards to getting rid of it by running everyday. But just in case I dont achieve my goal for fanime next year I plan to get this fake skin I could wear. it would looking kinda off since it will be a different color then my skin i think but what do you guys think? also I weigh at 140 lbs.

this is plan B idea I plan to look into if i fail with my running,

Check out the fitness board on here, lots of helpful people. I'm also working on getting a bit trimmed up for my own Laharl.

My advice though:
Resistance training (weights and such)
Cut junk food/soda
Lots of healthy lean protein
Cardio is good too
