Subject 16 Ideas?
Reposting because it wasn't exactly in the right forum. orz
Recently had to drop the original cosplay I was going to do for the convention I might be attending(because of money cut-backs), and decided to go with being Subject 16/Clay Kaczmarek from Assassin's Creed Revelations. My budget isn't exactly. .the largest, but I can afford.
The first problem with what I'm looking for, is the jacket he wears; It pretty much looks brown to me, but at other angles, it has a hint of red. It also has a breast pocket on both sides, and is a button-up. I've searched everywhere on Google, online clothing stores, etc. but can't really find anything. I've been trying to get my mum to take me to the store, but there hasn't been any time for that.
The second problem, is finding a wig/etc. My hair is decently short(it's a little past my chin), and Sixteen's hair seems to be short and slicked back. I'm not sure how well that would work, though, also seeing how his hair is blonde, and mine is brown. I'm hoping to get a haircut before then, but I don't know.
Edit:: I did realize it was a shirt a bit ago, fft-

Here's a hint, its not a jacket but a shirt. A military inspired one
Something close to this:
It's a little hard to tell what texture or how thick things are supposed to be in these games, they seem to have one texture (denim) and slap that on everything they can.
Try searching for more military inspired stuff, check out army navy surplus, you might be able to find something closer especially with the zippered collar bone pockets. Alternatively find one and alter it.
Hope this helps.
