So I need help choosing a color for Lightnings hair color, I have about four colors to choose from.

The colors I'm looking at is Light Pink 043, Dusty Rose 135A, Lightning Pink C4, and Serah Pink C19.

Lightning Pink and Serah pink are not heat resistant but the first two are.

Can you please help me??

I'd suggest you Dusty Rose. Light Pink looks too bright, Lightning Pink is more similar to the original one but I think it's a bit too dark. Serah Pink is fine as well, that pink looks very good worn by Lightning cosplayers, even if it's slightly different from hers.
Comparing Dusty Rose with CG artworks, I'd finally suggest you that (: Unfortunately, I couldn't find an example of one in the slideshow below >.<
