Black Widow (Marvel) Belt and wristbands?

I'm planning to cosplay Black Widow for a local con but I'm stuck with the construction of the belt and wrist cuffs...

I'm not experienced with props and it would be great if someone can share some of their advice <3 thankss

I swear I've seen a belt like that at a local thrift store before! You might be able to find one around. Crazy idead though, you MIGHT be able to use the bottoms of something (plastic cups/bottles) and make it.

Her arm bands are quite similar to the Scarlet Spider's web shooters. I used 1/2 inch dowels and strung them together.
I win, you lose, the end.

My bf used old bullet belts cut apart, 2 strips per arm. (He needed 2 belts, but a smaller wrist could probably use 1). He filled in gaps with hot glue, then painted it all black (he's doing movie-version BW). You can paint in yellow/gold instead, same deal.
