I was wondering if there were any Lolita inspired Skirt patterns out there that I could use?

Really, lolita skirts are often just big rectangles so I haven't used an actual pattern for it.

The measurements are the length desired plus a few inches for seam allowance. The width is your waist measurement multiplied by 3 plus a few inches for seam allowance.

I personally love this tutorial for skirts.

There's quite a few pattern/tutorial links in the link list. Shana05 is right though, a lot of lolita skirts are just rectangles or modifications there of.

iv also seen a couple of patterns at the fabric store that you could base it off of pretty easly.
