Do you want the Screen capture from when he does it? They are suprisingly not that hard. Those weights actually can be bought and modified to look like them with some clever cloth and paint at Dicks or Sports Authority. I mean, they won't weigh like a million pounds and when you drop them the earth won't shake, but you get the picture.
But if you want perfection, you can make them easily. Just get cloth, stick square shaped weights or what you want in, draw on the guts symbol, and then you got it. Last edited by yukitoLeonheart : 01-02-2004 at 06:30 AM. |

I work as a physical therapist's aide and we use leg weights for rehabilitation on patients with lower back & various leg injuries.
You can buy them in weight intervals from 1-10 pounds. a one pound weight will not be too much on the legs wearing them for a day and I think sport's stores do carry them. They come in different colors and are attached via velcro straps after you wrap the weight around the ankle.
