I plan to wear BLU Scout or LA Dodgers Scout at some point during the weekend.

If anyone has any word on exactly what the construction has done to the center, that'd be great to know. Being halfway across the country and busy working a booth in the dealer's room means I won't get to see the side of the center we're usually on until I'm heading for the gathering.

On a side note, I think there's no harm in letting other gatherings happen as well. The Everything Valve gathering is huge given the size of the con and relative popularity of franchises so it's probably nice to also have more specialized and smaller gatherings too. Besides, it's a four day con. There's plenty of time to have multiple gatherings. It'll allow some people who can't make the one to make others or to avoid the larger crowd and focus on the franchise they're more interested in etc.

And as usual, can we please be sure to keep this pretty quick and to the point at least in the beginning? Get the staple shot setups done in quick step so those that can't afford to spend -too- long waiting on their turn to make an appearance can... not wait too long. All the other fun and random things can happen at everyone else's leisure at the end.

I mean, if it were entirely up to me, I'd spend all day at a Valve gathering because that's just my bag, baby. But since I'm at Expo on business, I can only afford so much time off for a break and I know others are in similar situations.

ETA: Btw Pillz, your signature says ALA, not Expo. Even if the gathering is on Saturday at Noon for both cons, you probably still want to clarify that if you're going to be referring people to your signature for the info.

Hello everyone, just 2 more months, Freeman and I can't wait to see everone there again. If you already didn't know we are currently trying to find a better location for the Valve gathering on Saturday, whether it should be a later time or ealier is still undecided but I'll keep everyone updated as frequent as possible. And don't miss out on our annual Valve group photo with our traditional "Still Alive" sing a long.
