@-Epsilon- This gathering includes Fate/Zero and all Type-Moon series. I jumbled them all together into the Fate/Stay Night and Tsukihime sections to simplify things. Please stop by our gathering if you'd like--we would be more than happy to see you. I'll sign you up as a potential guest for now.

@PhantomReaper To be honest, I wanted to do Day 4 as well at first. However, many people voted that we have it on Day 2 or 3 instead. I'll go ahead and make a poll soon so everyone can vote.

Additionally, Kevin Gee has confirmed his attendance and will be our extremely sexy photographer for the event!

If my costume finishes in time, I'll be there as Kiritsugu Emiya from Fate/Zero. By the way since this is on day 2, anyone want to attend the panels for Rikiya Koyama, Ei Aoki, and Hikaru Kondo? They're the voice for Kiritsugu and the directors for Fate/Zero respectively. It'd be a nice to show up in our TYPE-MOON cosplays and show off a little.

Added both of you, I'm not entirely sure where we will be meeting up as of yet. Apparently the locations are going to get pretty messed up with the X-Games coming, so we won't know for absolute certain until about... 1 week before the event? Keep checking back here for updates.

If you have a location in mind, PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT IT.

Also, it'd be nice to attend some of the panels in Type-Moon cosplays. What time are the panels open?

Now, I can't guarantee that AX may occupy some of the site locations (particularly the Concourse Foyer, but that's a site of last resort anyway), but these should be locations open to cosplayers.

Well there is the Fate/Zero finale screening on Day 1 at 1 but I won't be in my Archer outfit that day, several voice actors and directors of Fate/Zero have panels on Day 2 at 12.

Sounds good to me if everyone is okay with it as well. The afternoon panels and such for Fate/Zero should last for about an hour, so 2:30 should give people time to get to the gathering location.

By Nero, you mean Nrvnqsr Chaos from Tsukihime, correct? Also are you Archer and Caster from Fate/Stay Night, Fate/Zero, or another series? (I assume F/SN for now.)

Hmm. I think she means the servants from the game FATE/EXTRA. Nero is the Saber, Archer is the same template as the one in Fate/Stay Night, and Caster is a fox-tailed and eared girl.
