Do 10 jumping jacks, 10 sit-ups, and 10 push-ups! OK go!

We should make a game out of this~
I don't know about you guys, but I need to lose 25 lbs (I want to get to 90 lbs, which, yes, is a healthy weight for me) and I think a thread like this would be helpful for some of us!(:

i do pull ups for upper body strength.... for legs i take walks alot... for abs sit ups work well and i do all of this while watching tv so i dont get bored....

I did it. As I said, if I was in my room I would do them. The situps hurt though because I had my belt on and so I was kind of leaning on it and the belt loops, like having a small toy under neath you.

Okay, now do two sets of this:

20 seconds of jump squats
10 seconds of rest
20 seconds of high knees
10 seconds of rest
20 seconds of mountain climbers
10 second rest
20 seconds of jumping jacks
10 second rest


I love this little workout :P

I'm on my phone at a bar, but I promise I wiill do these when I get home!

Most of the the exercises I know are dance re lated so... 10 relevevs ( rise on your tip toes, you can use the back of a chair for balance, but the motion should come from your legs and feet), 5 grand piles (turn out your toes, bend your knees as far as they will go, use your chair/ barre for balance onlyif you can) do a few more releves if you're ambitious or just stretch your calves
