So let me start this off with a quick summary.

Lost a bet, now have to cosplay America at Katsucon in 19 days. Friend has everything I need, she wore it once and retired it.
Basically, I like to be in character when I cosplay. I have never in my life watched an episode of Hetalia so I wanted to get the gist of how America acts and stuff.

Any help is great!

Well, he's basically a stereotypical American (that is to say, he isn't very different from most people I know xD). Be loud, obnoxious, narcissistic, and patriotic. And proclaim your love of McDonalds.

I'll be at Katsucon, too :3 I'd say "hi" to you, but I have no idea which characters you'll be with and where you'll be when, so, "Hi~!" in advance xD

He likes hamburgers and screams "I'm the hero!" alot lol. His brother is Canada. He's normally seen with Canada, England, France, China, or Russia. He's very outgoing and narcissistic. He always speaks his mind so don't be shy.

Carry around a hamburger and as ThomasPaine said yell out randomly I'm the hero
he also gets into fights with england a lot so you can yell at them
also make sure you have an over powering personality, america is the center of attentionm and has out there ideas, hes friends with an alien and likes things super sweet and unhealthy

Hahah, well. If you happen to see a more than usual annoying America it might just be me. I'll most likely be with a Sakura from Street Fighter and a little tiny school girl on Saturday only though :/

I'm gonna be completely honest, I really never liked the show. So I don't want to watch something I don't like, that's why I asked for a quick summary. But thanks for the option.

Well, I have been told I'm just like America. I'm going to katsucon too to cosplay him! I'll see you there! So, just be outgoing, funny, he's loyal too, a bit conceited, make jokes about your economy, hamburgers, ect. He also acts like he can't read the atmosphere(we all know he jsut chooses not too! pfT!) So there ya go!
