KOS_MOS sheet metal? foam? or wood?

well I am having some trouble figureing out my arm and leg lock thingies for my first model kos-mos, the chest piece is probally going to be made out of sheet metal, now the 8 arm/ leg thingies could be made out of wood and be super accurate, but not as metal like, foam prolly easiest to work with, super accurate but harder to paint and not really metaly. Now I can make them out of sheet metal too but they would not be as accurate. This is not the better known kos-mos like in my avitar it it the old one that goes crazy, please click the links for picks. what do u suggest would be the best?
