Flame Princess Hair
Oh my gosh!
How much I LOVE Adventure Time costumes! So I have decided that I am going to cosplay FLAME PRINCESS! Another cosplay that will be a lot of fun to put together (and since I did Ice Queen I thought it would be funny if I did Flame Princess XD) SO! Hair... I am at loss... In the episode her hair is shown like this: http://adventuretime.wikia.com/wiki/...bk9o1_1280.jpg But later in the episode, her hair is shown like this: http://adventuretime.wikia.com/wiki/...k9o11_1280.jpg the problem is, I really like the first design more because it looks more "fire" like, but I find it would be IMPOSSIBLE for it to look that nice standing up like that naturally D= and the second one is nicer, but I just dont know Dx What do you guys think? Any ideas?

The first one is definitely a bit more creative and eye-catching, but also difficult to accomplish. I'm a total failure when it comes to wigs, but the only thing I could think of was something like this : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2q7Kl2W_xKo
The way that Cindy Lou Hoo from the Grinch does her hair? Maybe something like that will work? |

Hmm... reminds me a bit of this Jessie wig (http://ryoko-demon.deviantart.com/ar...ial-188470197). I'm not too sure if you'll get the same support with it though since the flame goes up instead of down. Here's another tutorial that can help: http://demodecouture.com/pouf/

You know those troll dolls from waaaay back in the day? The ones that have freaky stick-up hair (http://here-halfway-there.ca/wp-cont...oll-dolls1.jpg) and such? Take a hint or two from them (I am totally serious). You can sometimes find wigs like that or get them to do that yourself if you know how. With the right products on something like that, you can get it to look like flame.
