That seems to be what I'm finding. Anytime he's a "boss" or single battle in a game, he's theme seems to change. I couldn't pick one frpm the one's I found, so I'm leaving it up to our hosts. ^^

Also, I have a question for the hosts as well. I have a Shadow Ball prop that I can use for an attack. It's made of styrofoam, very light-weight and harmless when thrown at someone (got a friend to try it on me). Would I be allowed to throw it when i attack?

Nope, sorry. Many reason, info are on the first page and this chess event is non-contack. Also like many of us, we work hard , spend lots of time these cosplays, some cosplay can be very, very fragile (damage or ruin easily ) Also safety comes first and etc.. More information can be found on the first pg of this thread.

Yeah, I read the first post, and this is my fourth year in the game. Just thought I'd run it by you guys first, instead of showing up the day of the game and throwing a styrofoam ball at people. Thanks for letting me know, Edgar! ^^

This is the first time playing, and my friend and I were wondering how we will be recognized as players at the event. What I mean to ask is if there is some sort of print out or ticket we need to present.

If I am allowed to do this, can you please save me the Knight square on side Chaos? (just one square)

Unfortunately we're not taking reservations for spots as it wouldn't be fair to others who want to join in. Sorry for the inconvenience but this is actually being done on a first come first serve basis. But hey, look at this way, if you can provide me with the details as soon as you can, then you might even get the spot that you want

What's going to happen is that during check-in, all you need to do is tell the Admission persons who you and your friend are which involves your characters and player name and that way we can sign you in. I will also be one of the persons during check-in and if you still feel that there might be some confusion, you can PM me a pic of your character along with friends' and I'll keep it with me in my files. Hope that answers your question.

When you lineup for cosplay chess, tell the person who is organizing the lines that you are playing in the event and they will direct you to the table where you sign in. Or you can just walk straight to the table if it isn't crowded to move to the front. All you need to do is tell us who you are and that's all!
