Anime Workouts

So I discovered this beauty on the web and decided to give it a go, only to realize that I only had two of the Harry Potter movies on my harddrive . So I thought...why should I only limit myself to a Harry Potter workout? I can just make my own workout to one of my anime shows.

So I'm dedicating this thread to anime workouts. Come up with your own and post it here for other people to do. Make it as hard or easy as you want. Comment on other people's lists. Just go nuts!

INUYASHA WORKOUT!

Everytime...
  • Kagome says "sit"............10 crunches
  • Someone yells out another person's name..........10 jumping jacks
  • Someone yells out an attack........10 squats
  • There is a flashback to a previous episode.......10 mountain climbers
  • Someone starts angsting...........20 jumping jacks
  • The episode is a filler.............30 jumping jacks
  • Someone states the obvious during a fight.........5 squats
  • Kagome cries............5 push-ups
  • Kagome trips or falls over.........10 lunges
  • Kagome goes back home......... 20 second plank
  • Inuyasha runs off to see Kikyou....... 20 bicycles
  • Sesshoumaru says "Tetsusaiga" or "Tenseiga".....15 lunges
  • Jaken gets hit.......15 roundhouse kicks
  • Kouga hits on Kagome........20 crunches
  • Naraku escapes...... 10 bicycles
  • Kikyou falls off a cliff................20 punches
  • Miroku gropes a girl............20 punches
  • Miroku asks someone to bear his child........10 roundhouse kicks
  • Sango hits Miroku............10 mountain climbers
  • Shippou transforms..............10 lunges
  • A nameless demon attacks.......5 push-ups
  • They find a shikon shard.........15 sidekicks
  • The spider scar is shown.........10 back-kicks

The kicks were just an excuse to practice my taekwondo moves. If you don't know how to do them, you can either learn or replace them with a technique of your choice

Lol this is awesome!!! I saw a kamen rider one before xD it was so freaking funny. I do track and anime dances, so i don't think i'd have time for this. But great way to inspire people to get movin'!

Try learning ALL the Vocaloid dances. I swear, Po Pi Po has to be the best cardio workout I've ever tried! XD

Wow, that's a good idea. The InuYasha workout sounds like fun. It's a definite must next time I watch the anime. ^^

haha, I while ago I watched this anime; Isshoni Training. It's really ecchi, but still cute, and it actually inspired me to start doing some training.
But the Harry Potter workout is cool. I've done some drinking games like that. Here's one of them. I should totally make it into a workout instead!!

I suppose I'll make a Naruto version of this based of your Inuyasha one...

~Naruto Workout~

Everytime...
  • Naruto says "Believe It/Dattebayo"............10 crunches
  • Someone yells out another person's name..........10 jumping jacks
  • Someone yells out an attack........10 squats
  • Someone explains their attack.......10 mountain climbers
    - The person who explained their attack loses the fight........+10 more crunches
  • Sasuke starts angsting...........20 jumping jacks
  • A flashback to someone's past/something that wasn't shown in the series..........10 lunges
    - The flashback is of the Uchiha Massacre........+10 more lunges
  • A flashback that is a recap of the previous episode..........10 lunges
  • A flashback that is a recap of the current episode..........15 jumping jacks
  • The episode is a filler.............30 jumping jacks
  • Someone states the obvious during a fight.........5 squats
  • Sakura is there but doesn't participate in battle............5 push-ups
  • A transformation jutsu is preformed.........10 lunges
  • Someone bleeds......... 20 second plank
  • Naruto talks about Sasuke....... 20 bicycles
  • Sakura talks about Sasuke.....15 lunges
  • Naruto gets hit for saying something.......15 lunges
    - The person who hit him is female........+10 more lunges
  • Hinata blushes........20 crunches
  • Anyone falls off a cliff....try and touch your toes sitting down (legs forward) for 10 sec.
    - They fall into a river........+try a second time for 10 sec.
    - Because of that they are assumed dead........+try a third time for 10 sec.
    - They weren't actually dead........+try a fourth time for 10 sec.
  • A ninja summons anything.....try and touch your toes sitting down (legs straddled) for 10 sec
  • Someone throws a kunai/shurikin........10 crunches
    - It doesn't hit the intended target........+5 more crunches
  • A new character is introduced............10 mountain climbers
  • Internal dialogue..............5 jumping jacks
  • A nameless ninja attacks.......5 push-ups
    - The the ninja is from the rain or grass village........+5 more push-ups
  • A ninja is given a mission that would normally be to hard for them.........try and touch your toes standing up for 10 sec.
  • Someone is surprised when Naruto reveals he is the nine-tails fox jinchūriki.........try and touch your toes sitting down (legs straddled) for 10 sec

LOL. I've seen that one. It's ridiculous, but that's my opinion.

Yeah, it does remind you how simple it is to just go and do it. Also, Yugyuu Jebei is pretty awesome. I've seen the first volume of Y2. Pretty awesome, but so few people have seen it.
