Hey, I'm looking for anyone who needs a roommate to help pay for the cost. I mainly need it to keep my stuff (since I might just go home every night of con), but I will pay my fair share (or whatever I can contribute). Please PM if interested.
Also I'd prefer that the hotel is within walking distance of the con. Thank you <3

I wish I could be in one of the close hotels, but cheap ol' me decided to not wait and grabbed a room before they made any more available and released the shuttle schedule. I am staying in National City which I hear has a trolley to San Diego.

I'm looking for a room near the convention center to stay in as well. Mid-20's lady, I'll be out and about at the con 90% of the time. I've stayed in the Marriott the past couple of years but my usual roommates aren't going this year. If you have a decently (<$150pp/weekend) priced room around the con, please let me know! PM me!

It really depends on which hotel you got, some do check in and hold your credit card information for additional charges while others just complete the payment on check out. I'd check the website of your hotel ~

anyone interested in taking over a reservation at the Holiday Inn Bayside for $240? It's less than what we paid for our deposit. We found a closer room so we're trying to find someone to take over our reservation! Booked for 7/11-7/15. We'd have you paypal us the deposit and then we'd switch the reservation to your name/give you the confirmation number so you can go in and add all your own payment information to it. Anyone need a hotel res.?
My wife and I booked a room at the Manchester Grand Hyatt for the Thursday and Friday nights of Con (July 12th and 13th obviously). Unfortunately, after 15 or so years in a row, it looks like neither of us got a badge to Con so we aren't able to go, yet we already prepaid for the room and can't cancel it.
We'd like to transfer the registration, which they do allow. We're not looking for anything more than what we paid, and in fact just want the "face value" of the room minus all the fees and taxes. We paid $293/night (that's the room charge alone minus said fees) for a total of $586. I have a Paypal account to make money transfer easy. Sorry for the late notice but dealing with a potential screw up of a roommate situation- bottom line we're looking potentially for 1-2 roommates if anyone still needs a place for about $55.00 per night at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel Circle. (Parking is $16.00 per day) and it's right on the shuttle route. Reservation is for 5 nights- Wed-Sun night. Even if you can only stay 1 or 2 nights, that's fine. Our current roommates are partially if not possibly fully pulling out on us and we're looking to offset costs.
