Yeah, the person is like "Yeah... time's at 1:30 at the Red Dock.", and never responds directly to me. Even on a Sunday, they may still have a decent-sized gathering - so I don't want us to have to scramble for space to play. 1pm is good - Chess should be over by then, and it'll give people who might have to leave early more time to play/watch.

Just so you know, the bridge by the lake has *always* been used for photoshoots while we've had our soccer game going on. Which we've been doing for three years now. People know we're there (it's kind of hard to miss the giant cones and goals I'll have set up this year), and there's never been any conflict of any kind.

Please don't start something with other groups that wish to set up times for photoshoots. It's a big area. I promise we can all share.

Also, we had it at 1:30 to be sure that everybody would have time to recover from cosplay chess and meet up. This is a thing we've been doing, again, for three consecutive years. If you show up early, fine, I'll already be there. But there's no reason to change it last-minute on people who aren't expecting anything to start until then.

I knowwww - it seems pretty silly to only have one autograph session going on. Hopefully there will be some more added on, as the schedules were probably printed up a few weeks ago/some time earlier and things could be tweaked.
