While I am a big supporter of using small steps to get more fit. This workout will not deliver what it promises. Is it better than nothing? yes. Is it a replacement for a 40 minute run? No. This sort of circuit training can be really effective, but you want to work up to the point where you can run through the circuit multiple times.

I had to google High Knees. I've seen them but never heard it called that before.

I so wish we can do this instead of jog for 40-60 minutes.
6 pack in no time! LOL. Anyways, yeah you won't get the best results with this, but if you repeat it a few times I'm sure it would be a great work out.

Although this doesn't replace a complete workout. It can be done at anytime for those who are always busy

It'd be cool if they told you what half of those things are and/or how to do them. >.>

The thing about this that I didn't see is that this needs to be done at a very high intensity.
With this workout at a high intensity (hitting 80 - 90% Max heart rate) your body will go into a state called epoc (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) aka "afterburn". The theory behind this is that your body is put into oxygen debt. It will go through a process to put the body back at resting state, balancing hormones, etc and that burns calories. Light jogging on a treadmill for 40 minutes at lets say 40 to 50% mhr burns 300 calories. After that the workout is over. The HIIT workout will burn less calories at the time but because of epoc, your body will burn more calories at rest after the workout. Again, this needs to be done at HIGH intensity. Look up insanity or m100 on YouTube to get a picture of the intensity level. Your heart should be pounding.

That's what internet search engines are for my dear. Can't expect people to do everything for you. That's the wrong sort of attitude to have when it comes to fitness.
