O.K so I am planing to be Ryuichi from gravitation in his white open shirt. I want to know what the best way of binding is so that I can have the shirt as close to his as postible (this might be easy because I have next to no boobs ~.^) Anotherthing is how can I make those dang ruffles? Oh, and where can I buy the stuff for binding?

ok first off let me say i apsolutly LOVE the picture in your signature!!!!! ok next umm for binding since you not to big somehting u can do is get like a skin colored leotard or body tights or something.... not to sure what you can do about the ruffles... i'm not to good with making costumes ^_^"""
