Exclamation power pole and dragonball help

hi ummm i will be cosplaying as a female version of a young goku and i was wondering, how can i make a power pole like goku's? It would be cool if it could extend and something to put it in to put on my back like goku. I also want to make a 4 star dragon ball and i have no idea how i would do that D: Please help me!!

to start, the only way to make a power pole that actually extends would be hollow poles like PVC pipe, getting sizes that fit with eachother where one slides into the other snugly..it wont look correct but itll at least work..now HOW this will work without coming apart i have still been working on myself..so sory there..

as for the dragonball..i suggest using a resin mold for a ball, and you can use invisible thread (magicians thread) to hang the stars in the senter before pouring the resin and using a trasnparent golden orange color so the stars can be seen better..
