I booked a room in the sheraton and 2 of our roomates bailed so we are now looking to fill in those vacant spots

*REQUIRMENTS*
1. as of this point we can take anyone but we prefer 1 male and 1 female to make it equal
2. We do not smoke or drink alcohol for this Con and so they should not as well(do it on your time)
3. Age-make sure your at the range of 20-23
4. Make sure you respect everyone and we will respect you
5. be mindful of everyone as space can get limited(but then again your probably used to 12 in a room)

Just a quick thought...

If you have great difficulty in finding roommates to fill in the room, you may want to really consider Freight's hotel room plan at the J.W. Marriott. Freight has many years of experience of booking a whole group of hotel rooms during AX. That way, you don't have to worry & get a headache about getting enough roommates or have them bail out on you. (You can also request to Freight to have you and your friends stay in the same room.)

Also, if you do decide to go with Freight's hotel plan, don't forget to cancel the Sheraton room, or you will be penalized for one night's stay.

The best thing to do may be to add up all your hotel costs together, to see if it will be cheaper if you stay with Freight's hotel room plan, or if you stay at the Sheraton.

However, if you can't afford the price for Freight's hotel room plan, I would just stay at the Sheraton, and continue looking for roommates.

It's just something to consider.

is it $111 per night or the whole four days? If it is for four days, then i assure you that i won't bail, i will be on my best behavior and i will bring along a sleeping bag too ^^

yes and no.....i still need the ok from the head so think of it as having your foot in the door, and yes i was the kanda and the organizer of the SJ gathering and i was the sanji at the Cosplay chess
