Hey guys, I'm Stitchez and I'll be co-hosting the gathering with my Pluto and Grell. I've had this posted on the official AM2 forums for a while, I decided I should prolly put this on coscom as well. The names on here already are mostly from the forums.

Details
DAY: July 1st aka 1st day of con aka Friday - Changed due to the Hetalia panel being scheduled for Sat evening
TIME: 1pm (tentative, need to know opening times and such)
LOCATION: Out in front by the Palm Trees between the convention center and the Hilton

Rules
1) Be kind and courteous, do unto others as you'd have them do unto you, and all that jazz. Don't glomp or touch people without permission, don't grab their clothing to get their attention and don't yell annoyingly into their ears "SEBAS-CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!!!!!!1111oneoneeleven ". Sorry, but it ain't that cute. Don't steal or kick their things, don't start fights over stupid things. We're all here to have a good time and it'd suck if we had to disperse cause someone like BardxFinnian more then SebsastianxCiel and they get into a hissy fight over it.
2) Be quiet when your attention is called for as the meet starts. We'll be announcing various group pictures to be taken and it would suck if you or people around you missed out on some fun posing action cause you were having a shipping war or something.
3) IC is fine, annoyingly IC is not. Don't be IC all the time guys. It's fun, but it can be annoying. It's cool for during the photo and when you're messing with friends, but being a glaring William all the time is gonna freak people out.
4) RESPECT, have some, please. For other people, their costumes and props, along with you're own. Don't touch someones costume because it might be a bit loose and or last minute so not as well constructed, same for the props, though those can be delicate on their own. So, no epic chainsaw vs cane fights okay? Unless it was planned before hand and you're mock fighting and/or don't mind your prop being messed up. We would still prefer you do that sort of thing after all the pictures are done though, unless its a specific pose that was asked for, and just a pose, not movement and clashing weapons.

Day has been changed from Saturday to Friday! Reason is that the Hetalia "Ask A Nation" panel that I am hosting with friends has been tentatively scheduled to be on Saturday afternoon and in response I am switching the days of the Kuroshitsuji and Hetalia gatherings to make it easier on those who are in the panel and will be attending both gathering, which are a few. Very sorry if this messes up anyone's plans :<

This thread was for LAST YEARS am2 sadly. I'm not planning on hosting or attending because my cosplay has been put back on the workbench. If you want to host your pwn feel free to make a new thread with time and location :>

Not this gathering, no. As I stated two posts above this was the gathering thread for LAST YEARS am2, not this years. I have no knowledge of any Kuroshitsuji gatherings being held this year as I'm not cosplaying from it, this is just a dead thread being brought back several times.
