Sailor Pluto's Staff{Time Key}
Hello, I will be cos-playing Sailor Pluto for an upcoming convention and will be going as Sailor Pluto from the Sailor Moon series, now I am having some trouble with her staff I can't find it anywhere for a reasonable price at least not a place that I feel I can trust. I would need it by August at the latest and would prefer to pay after the work is done, I feel that is fair and more trusting that way please if anybody thinks they can do this contact me through here.
