So, I had an idea to make a Majora's masquerade mask. I figured it'd be even better if I made a masquerade costume that was consistent with the skull kids attire to boot. However... A. I've never been to a masquerade, so I'm not entirely sure what a male costume has to consist of to be considered proper, and b. I'm really awful with designing clothes ><

So, can anyone help me turn the Skull kid's frayed/scarecrow-esque clothes into something awesome? I just need general ideas on how to shape things, i'm not looking for a full on pattern.

Edit: I decided that a formal skull kid outfit isn't really possible while still keeping it true to skull kid. So I figured i'd do link instead. Does anyone have any ideas for this maybe? I thought maybe a long green jacket that tapers in at the waist might work, but your suggestions are more than welcome!

You should stick with skull kid, that would be sick. Get green pants and a green tie, then find or make an orange dinner jacket. Maybe some green gloves and orange shoes. The mask will do the rest of the work. =)
