I'm looking for any white boots that are like GOGO boot material or something similar that are white, size 8-9, knee or thigh high, and not outrageously expensive.

I have a pair of size 6 white thigh-high boots that are pretty much brand new. I bought them several years ago intending to make a Cassidy (from Pokemon) costume that never happened. I've tried them on a couple of times, but they are too big on me (I'm normally a size 6) and I've never worn them out.
