Thanks Defectedmodel!...Where do I get Foamcore? lol. I hope to go to Friday but I really want to FanExpo all 4 days but I'm trying to get those days off work first. I'll be there Saturday for sure! Will you be there?

I found a number of belt buckles online, but most of them have a bar on either side of the symbol and I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for. There are also some iron on badges, but they're quite small. Here's the closest one I could find.

As defectedmodel said, you could make it out of foamcore, which I think you can get at art stores and some office supply retails. You could also try using both foamcore and craft foam, e.g. using use foamcore as a base and craft foam for the raised x part, and covering it all in papier maché. I've never worked with foamboard though, so I don't know how that would work out.

Thanks so much Darth Cloudo! I'm going to look into the belts online but if I don't have enough time I'm just going to make it from foamcore just like you and Defectedmodel suggested
