Human Lumiere Shorts! (Beauty and the Beast)
 ( On the left ) We have no problem with making the basic poofy shorts/bloomers/pumpkin shorts. What we're having trouble with is how we'd make the cut outs in the fabric to show the brown beneath. We want them to be something like these. Just as an idea. If anyone knows of any tutorials, or could help us out? That would be absolutely fantastic. <3

the brown isnt underneath its an applique of fabric on top
