M. Bison Jacket and Pants
One of my friends is helping me gather together an M. Bison cosplay and pointed on one to upgrade on Ebay, which is what I want to do... but first I want to see if there's any cheaper way to get the Jacket and Pants done. The costume on Ebay (which comes with a subpar Hat and cape) rounds up to $130... which is quite pricey. So before I do this option, is there any place to get a plain red jacket with a zipper (like his), and pants?

Speaking of Bison Cosplay, anyone know of a decent pattern for constructing his hat?
