Don't know how to upload pics.
Everytime I try to upload a picture for my profile or anything it keeps saying that it's not the right size. that it's too big. Can someone help me with this! TT^TT

You need to use a photo editing program such as MS Paint or Photoshop to shrink either the size or the quality of the pic to certain specifications.

it keeps saying it needs to be 200x200 icon not matter how small i make it the same thing keeps popping up.
