Hello Everyone. Yes, you read the title correctly, 2013. I ran this thread pretty successfully in 2011 so I figured I'd give it a go again. I also just booked my room at the DoubleTree so I want to help out other fellow cosplayers with the information.

Rules: Please only post of you have successfully booked a room with the AN13 rate. Please also put where you booked, how many people, rate per night and any other info you may have been given that would prove useful.

The DoubleTree is now requiring a $154-$200 deposit hold on your credit card when booking a room, this is non-negotiable.

The Doubletree is now accepting reservations for 2013. Please note that reservations for the convention weekend must be for two nights. Also, due to a large number of Friday cancellations in 2012, there will be a one night penalty cost for reservations cancelled less then 24 hours before arrival.
