Ok so after seeing the original organizer quit and more and more of us joining I couldnt let this thread Gathering die. So time to pick up the pieces and make this happen again!!!

Friday is definitely impossible though ;__; but I'm in if it's:

- Saturday before 5 pm (basically not conflicting with Kajiura Yuki concert, which I'm assuming a lot of CLAMP fans will go to), or

- Sunday before 12 noon or between 3:30 and 6:30 (i.e. not conflicting with LiSA concert or masquerade).

thanks for that all points for us avoid, I'm thinking saturday at 11 or noon again those being tenitive i still need replies from other cosplayers soon!

Currently, I think I can probably still go, but I'm just trying to figure out when all the other gatherings are. Saturday has way too many gatherings so I might not be able to make this one if it's on Saturday.

Saturday sounds like the best day - but I'm fine either way if it's on Friday or Sunday too. I'll be going as Kurogane from Horitsuba - but whether I am bringing my wig or not is still yet to be determined. So that means I could be regular Kurogane-sensei or genderbent Kurogane-sensei.

This will be my first time to AX, and well, my first time to California! So I have no judgement on where the photo-shoot should be. But I believe you should pick a day and time before deciding the place, as other photo-shoots that are already planned on the schedule may coincide. (>_<);;;; I'm sorry I'm not much help! ゴメン!

Well I'll let everyone decide on that, since I don't know how the convention layout is.
As for times, I rather like Saturday, and earlier the better?? I hear it gets hot!! (But it won't be such a problem if we are inside?? I don't know)

Eeeeehhh 10am is a bit early. With traffic and such especially because of the X Games, I would probably be getting there at, like, noon. :|
