No Face costume

I'm working on a No Face (from Spirited Away) costume and I was just requesting some tips. I'm pretty sure I'm making the mask out of paper mache, but if anyone knows an easier way that would be amazing. The rest of it is going to be relatively simple, just some black material to make a "robe" and some aquarium rocks painted gold. It's not the best costume ever, but I don't have the money to afford extravagant supplies for a costume that I'll be wearing at least three times... I'm not making his mouth since that is a lot of work, but I do really appreciate any advice you may have for me ^-^
