Flipping Out The Ends

I'm trying to salvage my old Kagamine Rin wig :P I mean, I have a cute cosplay, but it was the first wig I ordered and thus not very good. It's rather short (But not too short, I can deal with it) and the ends are too curled inwards.

However, I'm trying to help it non-the-less. So as I said, it's too curled at the bottom, and I want it to flip outwards. I know you can't use heat products on synthetic fiber wigs, so does anyone have any idea how to like, flip out the ends of a wig without heat? :3

There actually are synthetic fibers that are heat resistant and that you can use things like flat irons on (just did it myself the other day). Do you happen to know what material your wig is made of?
