EGA skirt?

I don't know if this is EGA because all the skirts I've seen has some kind of frill pattern to it. This is from my store, and it has that cotton feel to it.

It isn't. EGA as far as I can tell. It looks like a very plain black skirt like you could find anywhere. You could perhaps layer it in an outfit but it isn't elegent or aristocratic on it's own.

Yeah, I second Shine-chan. Aristocrat has an emphasis on Elegant - which has almost always come to mean expensive or expensive-looking.
